OK. What happens if you deactivate all plugins other than Contact Form 7 and switch to the default theme?

I have activated the default theme and deactivate all plugins other than Contact Form 7 and still have the same problem.
I want to say that I have got some automatic email with error “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender” from my hosting provider. Here is the content from this email https://pastebin.com/GyuaQzdz.
I sand email to some “{address}@{name}.travel” address and after that this email should redirect to 4 gmail emails.

It’s a really important information. You should’ve told it earlier.

Now it is clear that this is a mail transferring issue, not relevant to WordPress or plugins. To solve the issue, follow the error mail’s suggestion. If you don’t know what to do, ask your mail host support.

I use WordPress 4.0.1., Contact Form 7 in 4.0.2 and the theme The Place in 1.8.7. For basic installation Control FOREMA works well. When I use the cPanel I turn on the Password Protect Directories the Control FOREMA is not deliver mail any more. The problem remains even after I swich off the cPanelu protection. And when I later delate the files .htaccess there is still the same problem.
Pls would you be so kind and propose me some solution for this problem.
