[Plugin: DNUI Delete not used image] delete images based on users' role

There are many different users in one site. Different users manage their own images. The current DNUI plugin have the permission to delete otheruses’ images. It sounds not good. I think when a use perfomes “Makes scan”, it is better to show only images which belong to this user, not all images.
