Plugin distorts Theme, Features Not Functioning as described. No reply

The following issues were experienced and raised in the Simple Membership Plugin Forum on 5/11/14. The Authur requested the website link to view the issues raised on 8/11/14. But no response since then. Issues still not resolved.
Wesite Link: https://www.best-remedies-plus-church.com was posted in the Forum on 8/11/14 as Authur requested together with issues experienced with the plugin such as:
1. Major distortion of Twentyfourteen Child Theme. Also Header image is cut off (was o.k. before Plugin was activated)
2. The “More Tag” teaser is malfunctioning. Currently not working well as described in the plugin guide.
3. No opportunity for Admin to moderate and approve new users before they login to website.
4. Irriversibly blocks Posts, even if Admin sets it to “not protect/unblock” posts in order to edit and preview posts.
5. One visitor managed to access supposedly blocked/ protected post and page to leave comment without registering or logging onto website.
6. No response from Authur about these issues raised since then
So far rating the plugin 1 out of 5. for not functioning as described in plugin info as expected, and lack of response and resolution from Plugin Authur.
