[Plugin DISQUS] how to reassign comments to posts?

  • I recently migrated from Tumblr to WordPress. All posts were imported successfully, but not the comments, as i had comments powered by Disqus in Tumblr.

    I can install the disqus plugin which “imports” my comments, but i can’t “reassign” the comments to the posts I imported from tumblr!

    Anyone has done it already? any hints? is it even possible?
