[Plugin: Disqus Comment System] Disqus Showing the Same Comments Under Different Posts

We had a bad server crash where we lost about 2 months of posts. I had to go back in and manually add posts and now random posts are showing the same comments. Upon further inspection it seems that the posts are using the same ‘dsq_thread_id’ custom field number, which would make sense why they’re sharing the same comments. However, deleting the dsq_thread_id for one post does nothing and it still shows the same comments that are shared between posts. I’ve tried adding random extra numbers to the dsq_thread_id to try and get the post to use a new ID, but that doesn’t work either. How can I fix this?
