  • 1. For SSO between IPS and WordPress I used the plugin I linked prior. For SSO between Disqus and WordPress I contacted Disqus. I believe you can set up the Disqus SSO through the settings page somewhere in your WordPress admin panel.

    2. I have not tried disabling anything inside of the Disqus box.

I see. More questions. Sorry for bothering you!
1.Does comments made in the forum stays in IPS server or it goes in DISQUS community?
2.Lets say users registered in Disqus do they have automatically have an account in your site? or they still have to register in your site?
    3. Any way to combine users in DISQUS with IPS(in your site)? you know instead of having two accounts?

I really appreciate the help! You rock my world!

    1. Anything made on the forum, stays on the forum.

    2. This is a good question. I have never tried this. I would assume that if you have the Disqus SSO, when they register with Disqus it would make a user in the WordPress database. Then if you use the SSO for WordPress and IPS it would make a user in the IPS database. But like I said, I’ve never tried, so this is hypothetical.

    3. Yes. If you use the IPS plugin I linked in the previous post. This plugin allows the user to have one account between WordPress and IPS.

Let me know If you try the 2nd question !

Thank you so much.I’ll contact Ips

No problem. Let me know if you have any other issues. I’ll let you know how I configured everything in case it will help.

??I had WordPress and IPS on the same domain.
? I then installed the IPS plugin https://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/6089-wordpress-ipsconnect/. This allowed SSO between WordPress and IPS.
? I then installed the Disqus plugin for WordPress
? Last, I set up the SSO for Disqus and WordPress

Now all of my members just need to sign in one time and can move between WordPress, IPS, and make comments through Disqus.

    Definitely.

    Again thanks.

Can I contact you thru ur website’s contact page?

    Sure.
