Plugin Displays Tranalsation Dropdown Twice

No matter where or how I use the provided shortcode the plugin is generating two separate translation drop downs.

Not sure what is going on, but have tried all sorts of solutions including adding the translator to a custom widget area, adding it via a custom hook….but nothing seems to work. No idea what is going on here.
