They are there so the order can be changed. If they weren’t visible you couldn’t change the plugin order.

    Yes I was assuming so:

PO discloses them so you can change the order I guess

My issue is that this is unwanted behavior for the reasons I explained above. I take it you have no plans to change this?
    Best.

I can look into requiring network admin level access to see the load order. Then your site admins would not be able to change the load order of the plugins though. I did this for a reason. Many requests to order networked plugins.

In my case that would be desirable ??

Just a feature petition. Up to you of course.

    Congrats on this great plugin!

I have just released version 4.1 which adds an option to only allow network admins the ability to change the plugin load order and see the networked plugins on a single site. Try it out and let me know if it fixes your issue.

    Thanks for the info, Jeff.

I do see 4.1 is the latest available for download but for some reason in my wp-admin the plugin doesn’t show there’s a new version for download. Perhaps 4.0.2 is still marked as stable?

I’ll download it and install manually but wanted to let you know. I’ll get back to you when I’ve tried it.

    Cheers.

Ok tried it, works for me. It would be even better if that was a network setting.

    Thanks again!

Are you running wordpress 3.8 or higher? That is a requirement for the new version because of the layout changes done to the admin.

No, still avoiding 3.8. Ok that explains it.

p.s. I found a possible bug, I’ll post another topic.
