[Plugin: Display Widgets] Custom Meta Widget

No matter the settings I cannot get Custom Meta Widget to appear on every page all the time. I want Display Widget to hide Archive on pages for those not logged in, and it works, but I CANNOT get it to show the Custom Meta Widget to show up in any way. When I check both show when logged in and show when logged out, it doesn’t show. I check every page to show on checked, still nothing.

I had to dump it. I’m short on time and it takes a long time to find the plugs, read about them and try them.
