Plugin Display Nothing

    Hi Team,

    I’m having an issue with the plugin. As you can see in the picture on the link above, all the Updraftplus tabs can’t display anything and I can’t perform anything.

    FYI, I have deactivate, delete, re-activate it again and even re-installed WordPress but still no effect and the issue still persists. All plugins are compatible and no issue on that.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay. It appears that the forum buried this post.

    Please could you open your browser’s developer tools (CTRL+SHIFT+J or F12 in most browsers), and then open the ‘Console’ tab. Then reload the UpdraftPlus page.
    Do you see any errors or warnings in the developer console?

    Please could you send us a copy or screenshot of those messages?

    Yes, there is an error in the Console tab.

    Hi,

    The error that you are seeing is a 500 ‘internal server’ error.
    This is unfortunately a very broad error, that indicates that ‘something’ has gone wrong on the server.

    Please could you ask your hosts/server admin to check the PHP error logs for the site?
    These logs should contain a record of the 500 errors, with more information as to the exact cause.
