    You will first need to log in to the hosting account or directly into the cPanel itself. Once in the cPanel or whatever control panel, the host is using, you want to look for the File Manager.

    Once in the file manager, you’re looking for public_html and then whatever folder the website is living in. “user_public_html/Mywebsite.com/”

    Enter the directory where the website lives and locate /wp_content/plugins/.

    Once in the /Plugins directory, a list of plugins will be shown. Find the related plugin and either right click to change permissions or often times the perms will be located in a column on the right sidebar.

    @marcusfrys: Please do not post multiple threads for your issue. Also, the other thread for this same issue was posted from a different account that was similar to yours; was that from another person in your organization or something like that?
