Plugin Disappeared from Multiple sites

    On a number of our sites, the last update to the plugin errored out. the plugin was not listed as being installed and we had to reinstall it to correct this. We have a large portfolio of sites and now we are faced with going one by one to do this. Is this a known issue and is there any other fix?

    Thank you for reporting this. That is very unusual, we didn’t have any other user report this so far. Our plugin cannot self-remove itself, something else must have happened on your server. Could you please install it again and observe if the issue re-occurs?
