Among other disabled admin features, my current issue is that when your plugin is activated, it disables all the options in the “Customizer”. When I disable it, all customize options show back up and work.

    Hi @fluiditystudio

in Freesoul Deactivate Plugins => Backend => Backend Singles you have the options to disable plugins in the backend pages, and also the theme.

Be sure you haven’t disabled the theme or the wrong plugins in those backend pages.

To be sure Freesoul Deactivate Plugins disables no plugins in the customizer, go to Custom URLs => Backend URLs and enable all plugins for:

    *wp-admin/customize.php*

I will probably add an option for the customizer with all plugins enabled as default to prevent this kind of issue, but first please, let me know if it works with my suggestion.

Adding *wp-admin/customize.php* to the backend urls worked. Thank you!
