• Using 2017 theme and this as the only active plugin. The option in the post edit screen publish box to “publish on:” is not available. I have used this plugin on other sites and noticed that it consistently attracts spam, which you guys then blame your clients for. Also and option for where to send the success emails to is needed. I would suggest removing the plugin from the repository until you can address it’s issues. It seems the plugin is a security risk in addition to not being particularly well thought out.

    Hey @johnnya23

I understand you’d be pretty quickly frustrated overall with this. However, a support thread regarding your concerns with this would have been beneficial for everyone. Somehow, the hidden UI slipped by us in our testing, but I fully accept the fault for that one. I am working on a fix for that that we can get released very quickly.

I don’t know who is blaming who regarding the spam detail, but I can confirm that there should be no finger pointing by anyone responding on the forums here. I admit we dropped the ball a bit with regards to spam submissions, and it’s one of the major things we’re planning for 1.3.0. Same thing for setting an email to receive the successes. All either necessary, or very nice enhancements. They are planned and in the works.

It’s not going to address ALL of your points above, but I did just push out 1.2.1 which should address the issue with regards to the Publish metabox. If it doesn’t appear to have quite yet, please flush your browser cache, as the change made was in the CSS our plugin uses.

We are hopeful that this has improved your opinion of the plugin as a whole and re-instilled some confidence you have in our product. We’re hopeful we can continue to improve and make the plugin as much of a 5-star plugin as we possible.
