Have been having issues with people unable to enter PO Boxes on the checkout page – regardless of what shipping method they use. We use Sendle for wholesale users only (so part of the wholesale user group), however ALL customers – general and even those not logged in – are unable to use PO Box for their address. It kicks back the error “sorry, we do not send to PO Boxes”

Have narrowed it down to this plugin (when disabled – can use PO boxes, when enabled, can not).

I realise Sendle doesn’t sent to PO Boxes, and that’s fine. However other shipping options do, and when sendle isn’t even an option for general / non logged in customers, they should be able to use PO Boxes.

    How do I fix this?

  • Hi Sphinx,

I have also noticed that Sendle causes PO Box shipping to be disabled for all shipping methods on my website.

I also use Australia Post as a carrier, and have customers that do use PO Box addresses to receive mail. Have also narrowed it down to Sendle’s plugin which is disabling PO Boxes at the checkout regardless of the shipping method.

Sendle Team, this is a bug and needs to be resolved, please.

We have fixed it in the latest release version 5.0

    Thanks
