Plugin Disabled on woocommerce NGINX?

The Plugin isnt Visible when I search from the “add new plugin” Option of the admin bar. So I google searched the plugin, downloaded it on from different account, and uploaded this file and installed it manually to my site.
It is showing this when I try to access after installation: (Please click on links)
