[Plugin: Disable Comments] still visable?

    Hi Matt,

    What theme are you using? It sounds like your theme is coded incorrectly – it is not checking whether comments are allowed at all before displaying that message.

    An easy way to check whether the problem is caused by your theme is to temporarily switch to the default theme (Twenty Eleven). If it works properly there, then the problem is with your theme – you will need to manually edit the theme files to remove that field.

    I made a new home and it seemed to work , modding a cyberchimps theme..fixed anyway, just weird?!
