    You have to do it manually. Either:

    – Bulk edit your posts. From the Posts Screen, select all the posts you want to edit, select Bulk Actions -> Edit, and then check the box for comment status.

    or

    – Edit each post individually. Go to the Discussion box, and then enable comments on the post. If you don’t see the Discussion box, click on Screen Options at the top and make sure the Discussion checkbox is checked.

    Could you describe how can undo set the setting like was before set the ‘permanent mode’?

    I have installed this plugin in permanent mode, now is disabled and deleted, but all the pages text do not appear…that for sure because the plugin, and I would like to know, how can set the parameters, that will work like before I installed your plugin.

    tomassus, read the second post in this thread which gives instructions on how to re-enable comments on the affected posts. There are also intructions here and here.
