Have you got a link to your site at all? Sometimes it can be caused by W3 Total Cache Minification.

    Thanks

Hi Andrew, thanks for taking the time to check into this. My site is in building mode and not open to the public yet. But, I did read of those plugins potentially causing issues, and have no such plugins installed. I’ve even disabled all plugins save for Akismet and still no luck! Doubled checked the version as well.

    Any further thoughts at all?

Can you check your theme file contains wp_head();? This allows WordPress to include the required jQuery script.

    Yes indeed, in the header.php

I’m afraid i’d have to have a look to help you out if those aren’t the issues. Does your theme include its own version of jQuery at all?

Ok not sure if my theme includes it’s own jquery or not! Thank you for your help, Andrew, I’ll mess around with it some more, but in the mean time found another plugin that also does the float thing and it’s working well. Want to use Digg if possible so I’ll play around with it!

If you check your header.php file for “jquery”. If not then when the site is live i’ll take a look and see if I can see any other reasons why it wouldn’t be working.

    Hi again Andrew,

Ok, I found that installing this plugin is actually causing the problem!! Remember I said that I had a similar plugin that works! Well when I deactivated digg digg, deleted it, and re-activated that one – it didn’t work either! So after trying in vain to fix things, I did a complete restore of my site and the other plugin came back to working state. So, I thought digg digg would now also work, well after re-downloading and activating it, I am back to the same problem with BOTH the plugins!

It’s messing with the jquery somehow ..

Anyway just wanted to let you, and others, know in case it helps solve the problem!

    Thanks again for your efforts!

    Cliff

Same here, show up in normal but not floating. Not sure why, I have deactivated my floating until there is a fix.

Try disabling lazy loading in the floating settings.

    That worked for me.
