• For some reason, in IE/FF it seems to float to the LEFT of the RIGHT EDGE of the feature image in the posts. This puts the bar in the middle of the content.

My theme is Suffusion although I have seen this in Thesis as well.

My temporary work around was to put a 1×1 gif as the first thing in the post so the bar can float to the left of that.

    This has been exceedingly aggravating.

  • Having the same problem here, using thesis.

The weird thing is that it only seems to occur on certain pages with certain image placement in the post, but it results in the bar floating in the middle of the page.

    Hi Mindy and teeray,

Sorry for the troubles there, we have been trying everything to get this fixed in the latest update with 5.2.3.

Is there any chance you could update to this version and see if you are still seeing any problems?

Keen to get things working well for you as soon as possible!

Side issue – is the pin it button all working now?

Having same issue with Canvas them from Woothemes.

    Hi Jon,

Really sorry for the troubles there, could you let me know what the issue is for you with the Canvas theme from WooThemes?

    Hi Mindy,

Yes, you raise a great point on the Pinterest button. So, by default, Pinterest hasn’t provided the button with the functionality to add pictures, which is odd. I have emailed them about this already.

There is a solution though. What we have done with Digg Digg is to allow pictures by adding a featured image. Once you do that, people will be able to pull in a picture for you. I have written a guide for you about this here: https://blog.bufferapp.com/how-to-add-the-pinterest-pin-it-button-to-your-blog-and-let-people-pin-posts-with-pictures

    Hope that helps! ??

This is still an issue – using a child theme of twenty eleven and it is doing the same thing to me.

    Any fixes for this yet?
