Plugin did not work

    Hi,

    I really love this support plugin but it did not work. I already added the shortcode to ticket page but it showed nothing.

    Could you please help take a look?

    Hello @sachsongngu

    There is a runtime jquery error on the support page. It may be a conflict with some other plugin or theme. To find the conflict please disable all plugins and activate them one by one. This way you will find the plugin causing the conflict. The same applies to the theme, if you didn’t find conflict with any plugin, try changing the theme and if the issue is gone, it is a conflict with your theme. Please note, the theme should not be changed directly on the live server, sometimes you may lose settings.
