Plugin description pages have large white space in each tab

This started happening a couple months ago. When I review the changelog or descriptions of installed plugins, I get a blank white space on each tab. If I scroll down a bit, the content will display. I tried resetting my browser and that didn’t help. It’s not the end of the world but it’s pretty annoying. Here’s a link to a screenshot of this problem:
