Plugin desactivated randomly

    Hello
    I’ve updated the last version WP and plugin but the problem is still there. I found the plugin desactivated twice last week. Is there a commun conflict with another plugin ? What could cause this ?
    Otherwise the plugin is great !

    Thanks for reaching out!
    When you try to activate the plugin back are there any errors that you see?
    Does it stay active for a bit or it immediately deactivated?
    No other users reported such an issue and we are unsure what could be causing this ??

    Hello
    I’ve activated the plugin and it works fine. It stayed activated 3-4 days and desactivate back that why I can’t recreate the issue…
    I have really no idea what causing that neither as we haven’t edited the testimonials or the pages which display it.
    The only thing I see could be upload pictures and we have a plugin “FileBird Lite” to organize them…

    Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the issue and we are not sure about what could cause the deactivation.
    Most likely it is an incompatibility with something on the site, but we can’t really figure out what. Please go to hosting and ask for php error log and send it here: https://strongtestimonials.com/contact-us/
