  • Is the blog page where you have decided to show the main blog loop, and have you changed the plugin settings to show events in the main blog loop (…and does disabling that setting remedy this)?

    Thanks!

Yes, the blog page is where I decided to show the main blog loop.

I originally had it set where events did not show in the main blog loop and the issue occurred. Making it so that events do show in the main blog loop doesn’t change anything and the pagination is still missing.

    Sorry that that didn’t help.

OK. It’s difficult to troubleshoot issues like this as I have no idea how the code that generates those breadcrumbs is structured. What do you see on the blog page when The Events Calendar is deactivated and what theme are you using (can you link to it’s homepage)?

I simply added the breadcrumb code, provided by the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin, to the theme. However, I recently added the breadcrumb code and the pagination issue was there prior to that.

Here is a screenshot of what the blog page looks like with the Events Calendar deactivated: https://www.grilledshane.com/pagination_yes.jpg.

I am using the Vantage theme. I checked with them first regarding the issue and they said it was a problem with the Events Calendar plugin. I didn’t know if they were passing the buck or if that was truly the case so I thought I would check with you.

If it is a weird issue and can’t be figured out, it truly isn’t a big deal. I am currently using a work around. I just thought I would check and see if anyone else had the issue. I greatly appreciate your help.

OK. I’m not sure what they are basing that on and don’t want to second guess them. If there is something concrete that they can point to we’re all ears and will definitely take another look.

Right now though I think from our end we’ll have to draw a line here as integration with other plugins is rather beyond what we can help with here on the free support forum – and it doesn’t sound like a bug so much as a problem of achieving more complete integration.

I do wish you luck though, and be sure to share the solution if you find it!
