Plugin deleted, Data recovery

  • Hi, the plugin diappeared from my wordpress-site – I am pretty sure I didnt delete it. The main problem now is, that I cannot reinstall the plugin as there is still a folder on my system. But in the database I can’t find anything related to Mailpoet. I have a DB-Export, but dont know how to open it and exclude the mailpoet data.
    Do you have any idea how to help?

  • Hi,

    This is probably a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Can you enable debug mode by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Show Geeky Options?

    Otherwise, you can delete and reinstall the plugin via FTP.
