    Hello,

    Everything worked fine, until I updated plugin this morning.
    After update plugin has deleted all forms that I have created earlier.
    Now I tried to create new one but it wont work in combination with elementor.
    Also from elementor I see old forms, but I cant reach them trough cost calculator, in plugin forms are empty.

    Can You please help?

    Do you regularly update the plugin, which version of the Cost Calculator was installed before forms disappear?

    Can you export your calculators so we could recreate the issue in our testing environments?

    Hi,

    Yes I updated regularly trough wordpress update.
    I cannot export because I dont see the calculators in cost calculator plugin.
    I only can see calculators names in elementor when posting it on page.
    Calculators still work on page, but I cant update it….

    In mean time there was another update for Your plugin and I update it with hope that calculators will be visible now, but no effect from that…

    Version that I use is:
    3.1.18

    Is there any posible way to export the calculators?
    Where I can post pictures so You can see the problem?

    You can share screenshots using image hosting services like Lightshot — screenshot tool for Mac & Win.

    If you have a staging copy of your website, to check the problem in detail, please disable third-party plugins and activate the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). This will help us to understand what exactly is causing the problem.

    Polylang is the plugin that causing the issues, I deactivated now its working fine.
