[Plugin: Debug Bar] blank screen

Here is my recent log with a fire of the plugin

I cleared out my other errors and was able to narrow down this one that I think was pertanant

Also, I do use W3-Total Cache if that is an issue

@mherzber: An update to the plugin is in progress which will include a fix for this as well as other improvements
