When attempting to deactivate the plugin from the general plugins screen, it requires two clicks. On the first click, the plugins screen reloads (and the expected behavior would be for the plugin to be deactivated), but it seems the plugin intentionally remains active, requiring an additional deactivation action. This behavior has persisted across several versions.

Is this behavior truly intentional? Is there any plan to restore the expected functionality?

    Hello @gustao ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

On my local test installation, I can deactivate Duplicator in a single click. It looks like there is a problem with your website.

Did you try to deactivate all the plugins before deactivating Duplicator to determine if this is a compatibility issue with another plugin?

I’m looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thanks!

Hello @mohammedeisa , sorry for the delay.

I was trying to identify a pattern that would allow me to consistently reproduce this issue, and I concluded that it is happening on a specific hosting server where I manage more than 50 clients/sites. This situation led me to believe the problem was global, and I apologize for the way I previously communicated, generalizing my issue.

However, this remains a mystery to me, as no warnings or errors are generated in the site logs; the issue I mentioned simply occurs as described.

With that said, there’s no problem in closing this ticket again. Thank you for your help
