Plugin Deactivates Automatically

    Hi

    I have been using this awesome plugin for some time now. However, at will at any given time deactivate and I don’t even know it’s off until I notice it. Any idea why this plugin is doing this? This is the only plugin I have noticed that does this.

    Hi @rack44,

    You’re not the first person to report this. I think the issue has something to do with updating WooCommerce. Do you know if the deactivations seem to coincide with WooCommerce updates?

    Our plugin relies on WooCommerce to work so we have code in there that will deactivate our plugin if WooCommerce isn’t active. In some instances it seems like the updating process of WooCommerce causes it to appear inactive which deactivates our plugin. I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue which makes it difficult to test.

    I will make a development ticket to look into this further. Maybe we can change the way our deactivation logic works.

    Let me know if you think the WooCommerce update theory is consistent with the behavior on your site.
