[Plugin: CyStats] Most visited pages total going down not up

On the “Most visited Pages” element of the Index page, one of my pages had had 28.000 visits a few months back. Then a month on it was 20,000. Now it is 17,000 visits. Yet, every day it says I am getting about 1,000 to that particular page. What’s going on?
