[Plugin: Custom widgets] no settings?

    I found the settings, but wow, I’ve never seen anything more confusing. There’s got to be a better way to show a widget on all pages with a certain tag or n a certain category. I’ve been working with it fo 30 in and have no idea what’s going on.
