[Plugin: Custom Upload Dir] Unable to create directory error

  • Hi,

    I am using godaddy hosting. I am not quite sure what is causeing my problem or what to do to fix it.

    I upload a lot of pictures a day and I think I need to have sub directories for year/month/day because I post such a large number of pictures.

    I have been unable to load images and am receiving an “Unable to create directory /home/content/38/9142538/html/todaysbighit/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    I have the plug in set to year/month/day. Everything else is default.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
