[Plugin: Custom Upload Dir] Changing Upload Folder

I am currently redesigning a website that has been around for years to WordPress.
PROBLEM: I have a folder with many PDF files and I want to change the Media Upload folder to my existing ./articles/ folder. The Settings section doesn’t seem to allow for this (or I am missing something)
Change this:
