[Plugin: Custom Taxonomy Creator] How to make this work with standard archives and taxonomy archives

As I mention in the Topic title – I’ve got this working okay, but I want users to be able to look at archives of my taxonomies.

Right now, even my regular archives don’t work, if WCK is enabled – I just get ‘Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.’. I realize this has something to do with my template – I’m using the diary template by site5.
