[Plugin: custom tables] Update to Version 1.4.0

Version 1.4.0 Changes:

• Database Fields new in {} Brackets, Normal Smarttags in [] Brackets
  A big change in handling DB fields and Smarttags has been implemented in the newest Version.
  In the Past, all DB fields was as [field] named, new it will be {field} and [smarttag] will be used for smarttags only.
  The Plugin 1.4.0 should update the Database automatically, but the plugin cannot see if it was a DB field or an Smarttag in the history and can therefor destroy the view setups.
  Please recheck manually after the update all Settings of: Table View, Entry View and Overlay Setup.
• Changelog now visible by the Plugin List for Updates
  From next version on, you will see an upgrade Notice which shows you all Bugfixes and new Features by the Pluginlist, for faster decision to update.
• Area for Overlay Effect added [wctoverlay]Text[/wctoverlay]
• IF Function added [if field="{id}" check="==" var="text"]Text[/if]
• Highlight line code corrected by no Overlay activated
