[Plugin: custom tables] Can I do these tables & add hyperlinks into my tables?

I am thinking of using Custom Tables create a schedule, that looks something like these pages:

My questions are:

1) Can I do this using Custom Tables
2) Can I insert hyperlinks inside my columns, so that they open in a new webpage?

Sorry for these questions, but I don’t program and I am looking for a program that will help with improving our current website.
