[Plugin: Custom Post Type UI] Can't Edit Custom Taxonomy

I have a hierarchical taxonomy for locations and tried to edit one after it had been entered (to make Long Island have New York state as a parent) but the moment I click Locations in the Admin area I just get a message in the middle of the screen that says, “Cheatin’ uh?”
