[Plugin: Custom Login] Logo Feature Not Working

    I’ve made a fresh “test” install of WP 3.0.3 and added the Custom Login 0.8.4 plugin. Its bare-bones functionality appears to work, or at least the WordPress logo is gone from the login screen. However, I can’t make it use my own logo.

    I select the logo “upload” option, and pick the png file from my local disk. It sends the png to the appropriate content/uploads area. I notice that nothing is added or modified to the main settings form textbox for the logo path, even though it appears to have worked. Either way, I save the settings. When I demo the login screen, there is no logo.

    My tests are on a Windows 7 x64 host. Perhaps this plugin is not compatible with a Windows host?

    Your computer has nothing to do with the server. What is your domain?

    I’ve tested with the latest version and everything looks fine to me. Please be sure you’ve selected activate at the top.

    Ok, yes now it is working fully – I’ve selected ‘activate’ at the top. I still need to understand that some plugins must be activated twice to work.

    Still, I now have a funny problem where there is a giant gap between the logo I provided, and the ‘username’ label. I’m now sure what is causing that. My domain:

    I did not specify any other html or css of my own. I’ve only specified a logo and a label color.

    p.s. In my case, my computer and my server are often the same because I test on my own box before uploading. ??

    You’ll have to add some custom CSS in the custom CSS box.

    Maybe remove the border size in that option.

    Maybe #login form { padding-top: 20px !important }
