[Plugin: Custom Fields Template] "Shortcode in the excerpt" Don't Work

I’ve using this plugin to help manage my posts. Everything works out very well. However, the plugin display the full post instead of the excerpt, even after I checked the “Use the shortcode in the excerpt” box.

Currently, I’m running the site on my localhost until it’s fully ready to go online. Therefore, please help me with this problems.
