[Plugin: Custom Field Widget] BEFORE and AFTER tags

I’ld like to be able to put code before and after the custom field and use the value. In my case I have an email address in a custom field. I would like to be able to put the emailto tag around the actual value but I would also need to include the value in the code. For example:
