[Plugin: Custom Field Template} White screen when inserting media into post.

Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone has had the same issue and resolved it.

I’m using the brilliant Custom Field Template plugin, version 1.7.5, however it’s causing an error when I try to insert a photo into the main post window (not custom fields). I click add an image > from media library > insert into post.

The overlay box then just goes completely white.

When I disable the Custom Field Template the issue is resolved.

When I look at the chrome console after the screen goes white, it presents the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object DOMWindow] has no method ‘send_to_custom_field’

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!
