[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Problem with Disable the default custom fields option in 1.5.5

    Hi,

    Firstly thank you Hiroaki for this amazing plugin and your continued support.

    I have been using this plugin for a while and only recently noticed a problem with the option “In case that you would like to forbid to use the default custom fields.: Disable the default custom fields” that
    even when checked the default custom fields appear in the page edit screen.

    They only seem to appear when editing Pages and not Posts. I tried disabling all other plugins and the problem still occurs on two different blogs running wp 2.9.1 and CFT 1.5.5.

    Has anyone else noticed this? Thanks.

    I just upgraded to 1.5.6. Thanks for the fix! You are always so on top of this plugin.
