[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Information doesn't appear in posts

Hi,

I just installed your plugin and wrote a post using the default template that you provide. However, none of that information appears on the post page when I publish Can you please tell me why nothing is being posted to the site? I have tried everything that I can think of with the Auto Hook setting and still nothing.
