[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] Custom Posts Types Not Showing Up on Menu links to Categories

Same problem here after upgrading to the latest version of wordpress (3.2.2) and then the latest version of the plugin.
I replaced the the plugin directory with version 0.9.5.11 and all was fine again.

Does anyone know if this has been resolved in the latest version?
I backdated to 0.9.5.11 and solved the issue in the same way, but hope that I’m not trapped in this version

seems to indicate that rebuilding the custom posts is the only way to safely upgrade which I hope isn’t true!

Try the 0.9.6 version, just released. I get a lot of noise about this, but I have gotten very few legitimate bug reports about it. So if you can provide a way to reliably reproduce this issue (if it’s still happening in the current version), please file a bug report @ https://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-manager/issues/list
