[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Using CCF on a clickable pop up

Hey Guys,
I’m using CCF on my wordpress site.
When you click enquire I need it to pop up a page, using CCF form (so that it is emailed and stored in the DB just like a normal contact form…
What code does CCF need so that it uses the CCF system (I’ve used the advanced area to create the form, but it wont parse the information…
