If you are confused I would recommend reading the Plugin Usage Popover. Custom Contact Forms gives you more control than any other plugin over your contact forms. If you don’t want to use all the features just press the “Install Default Content” button and paste the form code into a page/post/theme file.

Thanks a lot for the feedback…

But, take a look at the plugin called “formidable”, you will understand me…. it is surprisingly easy to configure a very customized contact forms…. the only one thing I dont like in formidable is the look of the form in the frontend side… it is ugly…. rough…

danka- the first day i installed this i about pulled my hair out. i walked away from the computer and then came back to it the next day. Once you learn to take one step at a time (which is hard for me anyways) it becomes an incredibly easy tool. Step one, create form. Step two, create fields that will be needed on form. Step three, add fields to the form you made. Step four, add to the page you wish. Step five, review the form, then look at possibly changing the structure of it by looking at the form styles, maybe creating a new one and applying it.

This is by far the best contact form I’ve seen, and I love it!
    good luck!

@oneslocar in step 3 add fields to the form, I think this is the part that is difficult for most people (myself included) would mind elaborating

I was frustrated by this for a while. The popup instruction does not elaborate enough on how to do this. So here you go:

Go to the section called “Manage Form” and click on “More Options” at the end of the row.

More options are then revealed and in a yellow section you will see where you can detach and attach fields.

Once I found this the whole plugin became magic.

Hey thanks I really appreciate it, I was fortunate to discover this the other day thank god. This is definitely THE best form creator I have found to date but can we get a little documentation lol. Thank you for your help I really do appreciate it and hopefully it will help someone else avoid our frustration.

Interface is somewhat daunting at first, but the plugin is incredibly functional and intuitive once you take more than a second to read how to configure it. I’m VERY glad to have found this plugin!

I have to say I have since changed my mind since my last post check ur source code after u make a form and you’ll find a hidden link at the bottom(that’s with hide autor checked in the admin) may not be a big deal but I don’t take any chances when it comes to seo

Hell, I will be a bit embarrassed if someone makes a clear point how to make the form fold under a drop down menu from the widget area. Nonetheless, it seems like this was another plugin written by a rocket scientist that did not want to give up screen real estate.

All humans think that they are too important to spend too much time reading about how smart we are. You are smart. But, you lost me.

We have to remember that the dumb, the blind, and the dense have money to part with. Pickpocket artist know to be quick, slick, and barely noticed from behind the customers enjoyment of their pat on the back service.

Maybe you will get me next time,
