    Hi,
In the manage forms section, when I add/remove fields and hit “Save”, the changes aren’t reflected in the live page. If I then go elsewhere within the dashboard and then return to Manage Forms, the form is exactly how it was before I made my changes. So the Save button doesn’t seem to be saving anything.

I am running the latest versions of both WordPress and your plugin.

I did try using the Report a Bug Form to send this query but got this error when I tried:
Fatal error: Class ‘PHPMailer’ not found in /hermes/web07b/b574/pow.orionuk/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/custom-contact-forms/custom-contact-forms-admin.php on line 63

Perhaps that’s part of the problem?

You must not have uploaded the all the plugins files. Try downloading the plugin and manually uploading all the files. If the save button is still not working, you can disable AJAX features in the admin panel in the General Settings. Everything will still work without the AJAX features.

My mistake. 4.0.2 corrects the bug reporting problem. Not sure about the save bug. Ideally I’d like to do a test run on your website’s server. If there is anyway you could set that up, that would be great. For now just disable the “Fancy Admin AJAX features” and the problem will be fixed.

Please email me at [email protected] if you have more questions.
