[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] conflict with theme 'genesis framework'

The form doesn’t seem to be in the sidebar. I don’t really see the problem.

I am using Version 4.0.4. There seems to be some sort of conflict with internet explorer, as when i use mozilla firefox the grey dots dissapear.

That’s definitely a problem with how you’ve setup your theme. I use Custom Contact Forms on a site running Genesis and the exact same child theme.

Always upgrade to the latest version before posting a bug report for any plugin.

I would suggest inserting a form title and seeing what happens.

i’ve updated to the latest version of the plugin and the issue is still there.

Isn’t there a way i can manually put it into the side bar?

You can use the theme display code found in the “Manage Forms” section. You can insert the PHP snippet in any of your theme files.
