    Well, I have deactivated and reactivated the plug-in. I have also deleted and re-installed the plug-in, but still the checkbox is not showing. Can anyone help?!

    Ah, I now see this new message: “ATTENTION: Custom Contact Forms 4.7 changes the way checkbox fields work. In order to make use of checkboxes, as of 4.7, you must attach field options to your checkbox fields. Upon upgrading to version 4.7, your old checkbox fields will not work until you create field options and attach them.”

    I have attached ccf_email, but don’t see how this works?

    Can I have an example please?

    OK, problem solved. I understand it now. You create a field option (in my case shopreg_confirm_yes) then attach it to the checkbox field, by pressing the Options button next to the checkbox field. ??
