[Plugin: CubeAccount Frontend Login] does not show form fields

I just installed the plugin, I logged out to test it, and I am now trying to login but the site is redirected to login page and there is not login forms anything, its basically redirecting to page where there is not way to login.
Can you help please?

Ok, well, just incase someone else gets stupid like me to install this full-of-problems plugin, if the same thing happend to you, just login to your server to go to the plugin directory on your wordpress installation, then completely remove the cubeaccount folder.
